Kearney needs permanent signs for RV parking. This has been a years long issue. SDMC violations consistently along Kearney Ave w RVs and people living in their cars who don’t treat the area properly!!

The floors need to be thoroughly cleaned daily. They are extremely dirty and sticky throughout the building. There are yoga and fitness classes held in the building and the floors are unsanitary for the participants. There are ants crawling on the floors and mosquitoes inside the building especially near trash cans. It’s really gross.

Repeated issue of dumpster left out in the street. This time it is a white one. Its been in the street since last Tue.

Homeless drug users started house on fire. They continue to break into this empty house which is for sale. Was Tap Lighting Company until they moved. Place is an eyesore. Front fence is falling down. Windows have been broken! Front door is wide open. Has been this way for many months. Southwest corner of 6th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Abandoned food truck. 5 days. Very scary

Vehicle has not moved in over 4 weeks straight. Virginia plates expired since 2022- should tow.
