Someone ran over a cat that I have seen around my neighborhood multiple times. I believe it has owners. I’m very distraught after seeing it. I walked over to see if it was deceased, and there was someone in a white truck acting very awkwardly around the scene. The driver slowly got into their truck and pulled into the alleyway, and they went through a gate. Looking back at me it felt very suspicious
