- Years of illegal parking in resident spaces Vehicle has been parked 25-100 ft adjacent to this family playground area parking lot for months adding up to years over and over… yes parking is overnight but it’s a historical parking lot for unoccupied resident vehicles only because mission beach is the most densely built area with smallest property lot sizes with less parking than other neighborhoods. Very gruff and worrisome that children are in restroom and on playground nearby. Is he a 290?
