Description: A older man is living in his van on Robinson Avenue between Park Blvd and Centre in Hillcrest directly in front of apartments at 1718-1720 Robinson. I am not sure about his health and also he frequently leaves his driver side door open for air on what is a busy, heavy-traffic street on Robinson. Can you please do something about this and help this man before he causes an accident.
