Description
Telephone Pole Box recently replace. Work crew broke out concrete, but replaced it with asphalt. We have concrete sidewalks, asphalt is already starting to deteriorate. It creates a hazard for walkers, babies in strollers, elderly with walkers, etc. concrete sidewalks needs to be restored.
