Description
There isn’t an encampment, but there are two different men who both sleep on the sidewalk at different points along Park blvd in this area. The main issue is that someone defecated on the sidewalk…..maybe it wasn’t one of them but it is definitely human waste. It is in the center of the sidewalk and has been there for several days….there are footprints of it which prove others have stepped in it and this morning on my way to work I stepped in some of the trail because it is still dark outside when I leave and I didn’t see it in time. I’m wondering if the city can please clean it up and send some attention to the growing homeless population in University heights. Thank you.
