Description: Homeless drug users started house on fire. They continue to break into this empty house which is for sale. Was Tap Lighting Company until they moved. Place is an eyesore. Front fence is falling down. Windows have been broken! Front door is wide open. Has been this way for many months. Southwest corner of 6th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue.
