- ADA violation against city of San Diego, 8/22/26 11:35 AM. Still getting hit in the face/eyes by the Planters that are still illegally encroaching into the sidewalk over the railing and not cane detectable. Fifth and rose at the Pendry Hotel. Blue manager said it was rectified, but it isn’t
