- The condition of this intersection has gotten majorly worse. The first turn lane in this intersection off of Sorrento Vly Rd going to the freeway is closed due to a very large pot hole that has developed. There are at least 2 barriers and 4-5 cones set up to prevent cars from driving through the lane and the second lane is used for turns to the freeway but cars coming from the freeway hesitate with the light because the turn is so close to the median. || LOCATION: intersection of Sorrento Valley Road and Carmel Mountain Rd || LANE: corner of this intersection with lights || DIRECTION: Eastbound
