- The homeless encampment behind my work is growing. My employees are upset with the smell of the human poop and the smell of a campfire all day in our building. I keep submitting this report. In the past the police or Caltrans would come out and break up the encampment within 2-3 weeks from the time I submitted. The last several times over the past week someone keeps closing my request within an hour or two saying it’s been resolved. IM NOT GOING TO STOP!!!! Please. I need help.
