- An encampment continually pops up at this location. It's been growing again for the past several weeks. Now there is a mattress and tarp. But the reason I'm writing, is today (3.24.26) I witnessed a person with a blue and white top cooler shooting up drugs. These people need assistance and the area needs cleaned up and continually patrolled. Thank you.
