- Please remove the homeless people again from the eastbound 94 freeway from 28th Street to 30th Street by the SDGE utility property electrical substation 645 30th Street, San Diego, CA 92102. Your team of professionals do such a marvelous job of clearing the homeless and cleaning up their mess. I am sorry they keep coming back, and I am sorry they leave such a big mess. Please continue to remove these fire, health and safety hazards. Nearest cross streets are 30th Street and G Street.
