- This area presents serious and immediate safety risks. There are aggressive dogs, numerous encampments, and open, visible drug activity. I did not feel safe walking through this area and am genuinely concerned about my ability to return safely this evening. The current conditions are unacceptable - especially given the presence of students and other vulnerable individuals who are at real risk of harassment or assault. This appears to be an ongoing issue that has not been adequately addressed. Immediate action is necessary. Increased police presence, enforcement, and intervention are urgently needed to restore basic public safety in this area!
