- This is the second time I am reporting this issue. Last time, you sent someone out, but they just inserted a rod and claimed there was no leak. I have already contacted CPL, and two plumbers have since come out; they both informed me that the problem originates in the street—specifically, in your line that connects to the city system. I have been dealing with this problem since September of last year, and it still hasn't been resolved.
