Many people are living with their animals by the CVS blocking the sidewalk.

Vehicle has not move in 72 hrs.

This area presents serious and immediate safety risks. There are aggressive dogs, numerous encampments, and open, visible drug activity. I did not feel safe walking through this area and am genuinely concerned about my ability to return safely this evening. The current conditions are unacceptable - especially given the presence of students and other vulnerable individuals who are at real risk of harassment or assault. This appears to be an ongoing issue that has not been adequately addressed. Immediate action is necessary. Increased police presence, enforcement, and intervention are urgently needed to restore basic public safety in this area!

Commercial passenger van parked long term in residential street near elementary school

The homeless were removed and left for about a week and now they are coming back in front of the Smart and Final parking lot wall on Mississippi st and University They arrived on Friday for the weekend and are still there this week taking up the sidewalk with chairs and shopping carts and Lots of trash I have asked for more police patrol to keep this area clean and free from more people coming and doing drugs and defficating on the street we have familys and children right across the street in the apt building Parents walk their kids to school and see this happening too much Please help and keep this area free from this disruption Thank you for your time and consideration
