Trash everywhere and stolen bike pieces. The whole lawn and play area have trash everywhere.

Multiple Individuals are loitering beside and in front of Park Blvd Express on Market Street. Requesting assistance with removing them.

Many people are living with their animals by the CVS blocking the sidewalk.

Vehicle has not move in 72 hrs.

This area presents serious and immediate safety risks. There are aggressive dogs, numerous encampments, and open, visible drug activity. I did not feel safe walking through this area and am genuinely concerned about my ability to return safely this evening. The current conditions are unacceptable - especially given the presence of students and other vulnerable individuals who are at real risk of harassment or assault. This appears to be an ongoing issue that has not been adequately addressed. Immediate action is necessary. Increased police presence, enforcement, and intervention are urgently needed to restore basic public safety in this area!
