The condition of this intersection has gotten majorly worse. The first turn lane in this intersection off of Sorrento Vly Rd going to the freeway is closed due to a very large pot hole that has developed. There are at least 2 barriers and 4-5 cones set up to prevent cars from driving through the lane and the second lane is used for turns to the freeway but cars coming from the freeway hesitate with the light because the turn is so close to the median. || LOCATION: intersection of Sorrento Valley Road and Carmel Mountain Rd || LANE: corner of this intersection with lights || DIRECTION: Eastbound

Abandoned box truck

A person has been living out of their car for a week. They originally broke down on India Street but pushed their car over to Ivy Street (first spot) in front of Ballast Point. The car is a black Toyota with graffiti on it. Person who owns the car is in the blue sweatshirt and shorts. The red arrow shows the car.
