This vehicle has prevented street sweeping at this location for the 2 months it has been parked here. The occupant pours urine onto the pavement and grass and is creating an unsanitary hazard. I’ve submitted prior reports on this matter without resolution. I am requesting escalation and coordinated enforcement under the city’s public-nuisance, sanitation, and/or vehicle-dwelling ordinances so that the health hazard is abated, the vehicle is removed, and street sweeping can resume.

2000 Chevrolet Astro van, license plate 9FAF373. This vehicle has not moved for the last two street-sweeping periods, preventing the area from being properly cleaned. There are visible stains and unsanitary conditions around the vehicle creating a health concern. The individual has previously been told by law enforcement to move, but continues to remain in the area. Police/non-emergency has also been repeatedly called to this location due to ongoing incidents. Please take action.
