construction site blocking bike lane with no detour

We haven’t had recycling picked up in 4 weeks (2 pick ups). Iv put in an issue before, but nothing has been resolved. I rent, but feel free to call me to learn more about this- Chase Smith 260-445-8231

Missed trash pick up again

I want to report a serious safety concern on Mission Center Rd. The road is extremely dark at night, and the lines are very faded, making it difficult to see the roadway clearly. This creates a dangerous situation for drivers, especially when trying to stay in the correct lane. Visibility is so poor that drivers often have to rely on high beams, which can be hazardous for oncoming traffic due to glare.The lack of proper lighting and clear road markings is a hazard.

LIMB FALLEN, BLOCKING 1 LANE OF TRAFFIC. ON CARMEL KNOLLS, UNKNOWN DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. 20-30 FT LONG, 2 FT DIAMETER. CARS ARE SWERVING AROUND IT

Since SDPD does enforce noise complaints nor disturbing the peace at the corner pf State & Cedar at Pappalecco despite sent videos of violators claiming to be SDPD (impersonating officers - a felony) reporting in writing same individuals starting yelling and smoking again tonight @ that location (& before they move to the benches at BlackMarket Barbershop around midnight).

Please remove the homeless people again from the eastbound 94 freeway from 28th Street to 30th Street by the SDGE utility property electrical substation 645 30th Street, San Diego, CA 92102. Your team of professionals do such a marvelous job of clearing the homeless and cleaning up their mess. I am sorry they keep coming back, and I am sorry they leave such a big mess. Please continue to remove these fire, health and safety hazards. Nearest cross streets are 30th Street and G Street.
