Description
Light is always out. This corner where the light stands is very dark at night and it is a safety hazard. It is at the corner of Newcastle Ct and S. 61st Street. It seems to have been tampered with in order to prevent it from staying on at night. A better and more effective resolution needs to take place so that it can't be tampered with.
